Shipping


As soon as your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that your order is received in our system and that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  We then automatically transmit your order to our business partners and suppliers to produce and deliver your order. We use FedEx and USPS to deliver each order generally within 5 to 14 business days (2 to 7 business days for production and then 3 to 7 business days for freight); orders outside of North America may experience slightly longer lead times due to distance. If we are unable to deliver within these time frames because of some event outside of our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.


Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon shipment of your order. Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your address, whereupon the risks of loss and all damage and all other risks pass to you. We retain title in the goods until payment is received by us in full.


We will attempt to deliver internationally to countries with a functioning postal service (“International Delivery Destinations”). However you acknowledge that we cannot be liable for the functioning of such postal services.


If you order products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


Refunds and Replacements


We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality Products. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. You must tell us of any product faults within 20 days of the date on which we sent you the confirmation relating to those products. To report any problems, please contact us at support@american-merch.com. We will try to respond to all customer service requests within 48 hours. We will only refund or replace items when required to do so by law and may require photographic evidence of the faulty or defective Products.
